Mr. DeLattre is Associate Council with Wieland & Hilado P.A. He joined the firm in 1994 after having become a senior level claims administrator with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Mr. DeLattre has substantial experience in all areas of injury litigation including auto accidents, products liability, slip and falls, general negligence, and workers' compensation. Mr. DeLattre brings a unique perspective in representing accident victims because of his previous experience working for an insurance company.

He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and a member of The Florida Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association since 2002. He is also a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and The Florida Workers' Advocates.

Mr. DeLattre was born in Cortlandt, New York and was raised in Syracuse, New York. He completed his undergraduate studies at Oneonta State University where he played NCAA division III basketball team, was awarded scholar athlete of the year in 1989, and was awarded the most outstanding performance by a male athlete in 1991.

He is a devoted father of twins and is married to Kelly Hyde-DeLattre.
